Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline and 12 years of relevant experience
  • 10 years of management experience leading technical programs
  • Experience leading complex systems and software development programs
  • Demonstrated experience in management and control of funds and resources
  • In-depth experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
  • Demonstrated experience leading Large Solution Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) teams
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
