** Integer is seeking a Senior Manager for Lean Enterprise to enhance operational performance across its manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in continuous improvement and a strong background in engineering, with a focus on promoting a lean culture and coaching teams. **

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to drive Manufacturing Excellence across all the Integer Manufacturing Facilities by designing and implementing sustainable systems that enable full engagement resulting in world-class operational performance in safety, quality, delivery, lead-time, and cost.
  • Responsibilities include deploying the Integer Production System, leading the creation of site visions and strategic plans, facilitating workshops, coaching site leaders (especially Continuous Improvement Managers), promoting a lean culture in all sites, and managing/developing direct reports.
