Job Summary

  • Act as the primary point of contact with accounts and fully own your assigned book of business from contract signature through onboarding, day-to-day management, and long-term growth.
  • Collect customer feedback and work to improve or fix pain points internally to improve Starlink’s products, technology, and processes.
  • Become a subject matter expert within the team to help shape strategy for your assigned region and create process or system improvements that help the team scale.
