Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Quantity Surveying or Construction Management qualification
  • Proven experience in construction estimating
  • Strong understanding of NEC forms of contract
  • Ability to develop fully priced Bills of Quantities
  • Experience with highway or infrastructure projects

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of CDM regulations and relevant legislation
  • Understanding of project management processes
  • Experience supporting pre-construction and bidding activity
  • Confident communication skills with stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
  • Proven experience in an estimating or commercial role within construction
