Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for coordinating events within Client's facilities and ensuring they are delivered as expected and required by internal organization business units.
  • You will provide support to the Facilities team to maintain the site in optimal conditions in all processes related to soft services such as janitorial, food services, reception and mail room while ensuring on-going operation for food services, janitorial, Business Center and Front desk services.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ Years demonstrated customer service
  • 3+ Years Facilities Management experience
  • 2+ Years managing office and kitchenette supplies
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • In-Progress or completed degree or equivalent
