Lead and coordinate North America's racking and structural engineering initiatives, supporting all project phases from concept to commissioning.
Develop and review structural designs, perform structural analysis, steel design, and connection design, ensuring safe operation and code compliance.
Partner with Sales, manufacturing, and other teams to ensure successful project execution and provide technical leadership and mentoring.
