Job Summary

• The primary role of a Complex Claims Specialist is to analyze liability claim submissions for potential coverage, set adequate case reserves, promptly and professionally respond to inquiries from our customers and their brokers, and to proactively drive early resolution of claims arising from our commercial lines of insurance.
• Key Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing claim documentation, drafting coverage analyses for tech E&O, first and third party cyber claims, strategizing and maximizing early resolution opportunities, and monitoring litigation.

• 5+ years of professional lines claims handling experience
• 2-3 years professional experience in Cyber and Technology coverage
• JD from ABA-accredited law school preferred
