Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate, external or marketing communications

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Russian and English
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with ability to lead small teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to simplify and present complex issues clearly
  • Experience working in a complex matrix organization
