Job Summary

  • Responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the CMDB within the ServiceNow platform, owning the Infrastructure Discovery and Application/Service Mapping lifecycles.
  • Designs, develops, and implements custom patterns, probes, and sensors to achieve a complete and accurate discovery of infrastructure components and application services.
  • This position is part of a foundational, fast-paced CMDB team that partners with multiple departments across the organization, supporting a wide range of enterprise services.
