Job Summary
This role involves developing and owning global study recruitment and retention strategies while acting as a Subject Matter Authority for patient recruitment topics.
The position requires coordinating third-party vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring diversity plans are reflected in the overall study recruitment strategy.
