Job Summary

  • The Deputy Building Official will lead and manage the team of code inspectors and develop and maintain the inspection processes required for issuing certificates of occupancy for construction projects.
  • This position shall assist the Building Official in the development and maintenance of a permit process including demolition permits, and permits for start of renovation, and new construction.
