Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • 5+ years experience in engineering or operations
  • Knowledge of FDA, CPSC, GMPs, and ISO standards
  • Experience with EtQ, CAPA, SCAR, and audit readiness
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to suppliers and sites

Nice-to-have

  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer or Auditor credential
  • Lean Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification
  • Experience with medical device regulations
  • Strong partnership building and stakeholder communication skills
  • Commitment to safety and high-performance work systems

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years broad experience in engineering, operations, or science
  • Working knowledge of FDA, CPSC, GMPs, and ISO standards
