Candidates will draft, review, and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, and ancillary agreements with diverse institutional counterparties.

7 years global markets documentation experience
ISDA Master Agreement negotiation expertise
Credit Support Annex drafting skills

Experience with GMRAs and GMSLAs
Knowledge of electronic trading documentation

Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years global markets documentation experience
Qualified Lawyer status required
Excellent knowledge of ISDA Master Agreement and CSAs
Strong understanding of Variation Margin and Initial Margin regulations
