Job Summary
The ED Access Supervisor assumes management responsibility during the absence of the manager, including educating staff on payer requirements and government rules and regulations.
The Access Supervisor performs regular audits to ensure productivity, quality, and compliance and provides reports of findings, and works with the administrative team to develop corrective action plans.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field PLUS three (3) years of registration and/or billing experience
High School Diploma/GED PLUS seven (7) years of registration and/or billing experience
three (3) years of experience in a healthcare environment
Two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience
CHAA Certification
