  • As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading teams to drive operational excellence across manufacturing processes, managing daily operations, and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • You will be expected to apply independent judgment within the framework of Global Manufacturing Systems, with a strong focus on Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment (SPQRCE).
  • Selected candidates will gain the chance to develop new skills while contributing to the advancement of manufacturing processes that support the groundbreaking shift toward electric and autonomous vehicles.
