Job Summary

  • We support you to grow and learn every day, making sure that work brings purpose to your life.
  • Supervision of Receiving Clerk, handling of Food and Beverage requisitions, preparation of Sales Analysis and Standard Recipe Costing.
  • Assist the Director of Finance for all the reports Any matter which may effect the interests of the hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
