Job Summary

  • Lead the Program Execution Teams (PXTs) of ECG’s Make in India Design program to drive the proliferation of new ECGE designs working in close partnership with local ecosystem, OxMs, design houses across India.
  • Working with key stakeholders, determine and communicate clear program goals to the team with respect to features, performance, quality, security, schedule and cost.
  • Build an inclusive environment within the program teams. Ensure that all individuals are respected, heard, and can contribute to their maximum potential.
