Job Summary

  • The Senior Quality Control Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing advanced laboratory procedures independently for the testing of veterinary biologicals according to strict government and company-imposed guidelines.
  • Primary Responsibilities include performing testing methods using various types of cell culture, substrates, and viruses, writing laboratory investigations, performing troubleshooting of test methods, and data review.

Key Requirements

  • Associate degree in science and 3+ years of related lab experience OR Bachelor’s degree in science and 1+ year of related lab experience
  • Experience with analytical instrumentation
  • Experience with microscopic analysis and microbiological assays
  • Experience with wet chemistry methods
  • Proven analytical aptitude and critical thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good Documentation Practices
