  • Contract and Claims commercial management
  • Middle East construction market experience
  • Common law, contract, commercial understanding
  • Excellent written English for contract preparation
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Large company project financial control systems

Nice-to-have

  • Delivery experience in Saudi Arabia
  • Large company internal governance procedures

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years post qualification experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
  • Chartered QS (MRICS or MCIOB)
  • Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts
  • Minimum of 4 years Middle East experience preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years consultant and/or client background
