Job Summary
Assist with Product Change Notification and Special Change Notification review and communication with TSMC, and provide relevant quality data and analysis reports to TSMC.
Review root cause analysis, 8D report and quality trend analysis for TSMC-related issues, and integrate and respond to TSMC’s special quality requirements and BKM.
Lead the response process for OCAP events, including issue review, corrective action coordination, and customer communication, and support bidding activities by preparing quality-related documents.
