Job Summary

  • Assist with Product Change Notification and Special Change Notification review and communication with TSMC, and provide relevant quality data and analysis reports to TSMC.
  • Review root cause analysis, 8D report and quality trend analysis for TSMC-related issues, and integrate and respond to TSMC’s special quality requirements and BKM.
  • Lead the response process for OCAP events, including issue review, corrective action coordination, and customer communication, and support bidding activities by preparing quality-related documents.
