Job Summary
The Senior Strategist provides strategic administrative oversight of the Faculty of Science's Educational Leadership offerings guided by equity, diversity, inclusion, and Indigeneity.
This role drives strategic program and curriculum initiatives including the incorporation of Generative AI and the Indigenization of Curriculum in alignment with UBC priorities.
The incumbent will lead comprehensive strategies to enhance faculty capacity, foster Discipline Based Education Research, and cultivate partnerships across UBC units and external organizations.

Must-have
Master's degree in Education or equivalent
Seven years of relevant experience
Strategic program and curriculum development
Faculty development and capacity building
Equity diversity inclusion and Indigeneity principles
Nice-to-have
PhD preferred with Science background
Experience with STEM pedagogical change
Track record in Scholarship of Teaching and Learning
