Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years in IT systems administration
Strong experience with Exchange Online
Demonstrated proficiency in PowerShell scripting
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with Okta and Azure AD
Exposure to automation tools
Focus on customer experience
Key Requirements
4+ years directly supporting Microsoft 365 platforms
Experience supporting enterprise-scale tenants
Knowledge of Intune and M365 security configurations
