Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Biochemical Engineering
Minimum 2 years experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
Practical experience with process troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Experience supporting equipment commissioning qualification and validation
Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practice cGMP
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice-to-have
5+ years experience in pharmaceutical or biomanufacturing environments
Experience with continuous manufacturing and process analytical technology
Familiarity with SAP or MES computerized systems
Knowledge of cleanroom standards and operations
Experience with Biopharma synthesis workflows and scale-up
Key Requirements
