You will lead, coach and develop our sell-out teams of Beauty Advisors across both boutiques.
You combine strong business acumen with operational presence and are confident balancing a structured oversight with hands-on leadership on the shop floor.

Key Requirements
3 years of documented retail sales management experience
Minimum 5 years shop floor experience in Beauty industry
