Job Summary
In this strategically important position, you will be responsible for the design and further development of a globally harmonized and scalable payroll setup for over 7,000 employees in more than 10 countries.
You will lead an international team of payroll experts, contribute to the optimization and digitalization of our processes, and ensure that compliance and quality standards are consistently met.
Your contribution will include responsibility for correct, timely, and SOX-compliant payroll processing via external payroll providers, as well as SLA and quality management.
