The Responsable Laboratoire R&D pilots, develops and animates the Research & Development laboratory ensuring the realization of necessary tests and analyses for new products and optimization projects.
He/She guarantees safety, compliance, and operational efficiency while managing the laboratory team and transferring validated analytical methods to quality laboratories worldwide.
The role requires collaboration with R&D, Quality, and Industrial teams to prepare and follow field tests, analyze results, and report recommendations to management.
