This role leads the WISE technical integration support team as a core Pre-Sales advisor and product delivery architect.
The position is responsible for managing Edge-to-Cloud architecture design, containerized deployments, and ensuring platform stability through robust SLA management.
Candidates will build a scalable technical support ecosystem by establishing L1/L2/L3 capability models and fostering partnerships with domain SIs and ISVs.
