Base: $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Short-term cash incentives subject to plan requirements; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, Paid Time Off, Tuition Assistance

Must-have
3+ years project management in commercial HVAC
Experience using Microsoft Office suite
Ability to read blueprints and structural drawings
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Carrier i-Vu system knowledge
BACnet certification or LEED certification
PMP certification or working towards it
Associates Degree in engineering or project management
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years project management experience in commercial HVAC mechanical installation
1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office suite
