Job Summary

• The Batcher role has excellent career development potential with the opportunity to learn about concrete, quarry materials, plant operation, concrete batching, scheduling, and logistics whilst working in the construction industry.
• In your new role with us, you will be overseeing the operation of a concrete batch plant, operating a front end loader, regularly interacting with customers, taking orders & scheduling deliveries, and delivering concrete to customers.
• What we offer: Base rate of $33.25 - $41.65 per hour plus super, penalty rates and allowances, monthly RDO accrual and weekly pay cycle, company uniforms and PPE are provided, and a great, friendly team providing a supportive training environment.
