As a Pharmacy Specialist, you will evaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness of patient medications, follow patient progress, and consult with physicians and other healthcare providers.
Qualified candidates will possess a PharmD degree, an ASHP accredited PGY-2 Residency or equivalent experience, and be a Registered Pharmacist with the Maryland Board of Pharmacy.
