Job Summary
Manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Support the delivery of complex, enterprise‑wide change initiatives within Barclays, aligned to the Organisational Effectiveness journey group, within the HR Function.
Act as the primary delivery lead for a number of critical initiatives, supporting cross‑functional teams and stakeholders across the full change lifecycle from design, through to deployment.
