The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be comfortable driving a company van to transport behavioral residents to medical appointments while also working on the floor as a caregiver.
The role requires reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents to the Health and Wellness Director and Executive Director promptly.
