Job Summary
The role is responsible for the installation and cleaning of porcelain, glass, silver, linen, tables, chairs, and banquet accessories, as well as supporting waiters in offering food and beverage service to guests and clients.
Key responsibilities include learning and following established service sequences according to FS standards, setting up, dismantling, and cleaning tables, chairs, buffets, and accessories as specified in the banquet event order.
