Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the RN Supervisor is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
Coordinate and participate in resident care, manage and administer IVs, and supervise, instruct and assist LVN/LPN Nurses, Treatment Nurses and CNAs in provision of care.
Participate in development, maintenance and implementation of the facility’s quality assurance program for the nursing department.
