Job Summary
The Registered Home Health Nurse PRN provides intermittent skilled nursing services in a face-to-face capacity to include patient residence and qualifying facilities.
The Registered Home Health Nurse is responsible to communicate the patient’s progress with other disciplines and directs, supervises and instructs non-professional home health aide staff in the provision of personal care to the patient.
