Your Impact As a Sales Executive, you won’t just manage accounts—you’ll own and grow them. This is a high-impact role where you’ll build strong client partnerships, unlock new opportunities, and directly drive revenue growth in a dynamic and essential industry. What You’ll Do Own & Grow Key Accounts – Strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and expand revenue within your portfolio Drive New Business – Prospect, pitch, and close deals with new clients across the food and distribution landscape Stay Ahead of the Market – Analyse industry trends, competitor moves, and customer needs to shape winning strategies Execute Sales Strategies – Plan and implement initiatives to hit (and exceed) revenue targets Negotiate with Impact – Secure favourable pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with customers and partners Build Strategic Partnerships – Collaborate with key stakeholders across the value chain Own the Numbers – Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance to ensure profitability Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with Production and Logistics teams to deliver seamless execution What We’re Looking For Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action Confident communicator who thrives on building relationships Results-driven with a passion for hitting targets and driving growth A proactive, hands-on team player who can navigate a fast-paced environment Requirements Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field 2 years related experience in commodity sale
