Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Math or Science
  • 1-3 years experience in Manufacturing Engineering
  • Hands-on support for troubleshooting production issues
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality

Nice-to-have

  • Background in optical systems glass fabrication or semiconductors
  • Experience using root cause analysis tools
  • Quality tools and/or lean six sigma knowledge expertise
  • Willingness to be hands-on and present on the production floor
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, or Science
  • 1-3 years experience in Manufacturing Engineering environment
  • U.S. Person status required for ITAR/EAR compliance
