Job Summary

  • Manage a team of Maintenance Operatives and gardeners to ensure that the Care Homes remain fully functional and the buildings and equipment therein are maintained to a high standard.
  • Assist in the management of the repairs and maintenance revenue budgets for the portfolio, ensuring corrective actions are taken to avoid unnecessary over or underspend.
  • Ensuring that all health and safety and compliance checks are carried out as per the timescales directed by Bupa Standard Operating Procedures and by Bupa compliance management tools and software.
