Job Summary

  • Lead Health, Safety and Environment outcomes across the Victoria and Western Australia portfolio, embedding the Group HSE strategy across multiple manufacturing and industrial sites.
  • Work closely with Divisional leadership, Site Managers and HSE teams to build capability, drive cultural change, and ensure compliance across your region.
  • Contribute to group-wide governance, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives as a key member of the One Pact HSE Council.
