Job Summary

  • Responsible for providing project/construction management services, as well as administering and supervising Tenant and Landlord improvement activities for Brookfield Properties.
  • Manage documentation and tenant correspondence relevant for the project, and maintain, revise, and update Construction Manuals.
  • Assist Leasing, Asset Management and Legal Departments in the negotiation and finalization of lease documents related to construction work.
