Job Summary

  • Alongside our production teams, our Electricians work in a team or autonomously to continuously improve our equipment reliability in a high-speed manufacturing environment and are the key in guaranteeing that our quality is where it needs to be: the very best.
  • Work with team to maintain machinery, meeting maintenance requirements for 480-volt, 3 phase systems, and minimizing downtime while performing preventive and predictive maintenance to increase equipment reliability and up-time.

Salary

Base: $38.87/hr first 60 days, $39.57/hr after 60 days; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: OT rate 1.5x Saturdays, 2.0x Sundays/holidays

  • PLC programming and troubleshooting
  • Preventive and Predictive Maintenance
  • Process controls and instrumentation
  • Use of SAP for maintenance documentation
  • Troubleshoot variable frequency drives

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years industrial electrical/programming experience or two-year technical degree preferred
  • PLC programming and troubleshooting experience required
  • Knowledge of controllers including hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Experience with Allen Bradley PLC5, Control Logix, Siemens preferred
  • Knowledge of variable frequency drives and motor control systems up to 480 volts
