Job Summary

  • Provide technical expertise in proactively directing and resolving Defense Based Act claims in accordance with best claim practice approach, in line with AIGs quality standards.
  • Manage indemnity, medical and legal aspects of assigned claims using available resources.
  • Your work will involve regular contact with internal stakeholders and brokers, (medical) experts, clients’ lawyers, injured workers or their legal representatives.
