  • The HRIS Specialist supports the management and continuous evolution of the Workday system for HR processes, involving both functional and operational, as well as technical activities.
  • The role contributes to the alignment of HR processes across the Group’s different Countries / Regions / Legal Entities, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and reliability of the HRIS system.
  • The role will contribute to the creation and management of a company-wide HR dataset to support decision-making and explore AI and automation solutions for HR processes.
