Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for the supervision of the daily Guest service operations working alongside a small team managing shifts on your own.
  • The Supervisor will ensure that all check-in, check-out, communication, and guest service procedures are executed efficiently, professionally, and in line with brand standards.
  • The Supervisor also plays a critical role in coaching other team members (we all help each other), managing complex guest issues, and maintaining accurate financial controls.
