Job Summary
The VP, Robotics Instrumentation and New Growth leads a team of ~170 engineers responsible for research and development of Instruments and Accessories across the OTTAVA surgical robotics platform and will be responsible for the innovation strategy in support of new growth areas across Surgery for the Surgery R&D team.
Design and implement strategies to deliver highly differentiated portfolio of instruments and accessories for the soft-tissue surgical robotics portfolio.
Lead and develop a world-class instrumentation team, honing a culture of innovation and ensuring core design and development competencies are in place.
