Maintain an active, hands-on laboratory contribution, personally designing and executing analytical experiments and troubleshooting complex problems alongside the team.

Key Requirements

Deep expertise in analytical characterization of ADCs/bioconjugates and/or oligonucleotides.
Strong practical proficiency in MS and LC-based analytical techniques.
Experience using HRMS for oligonucleotide and ADC/bioconjugate characterization.
Demonstrated strength in project management.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
