Job Summary
As a Senior Collaboration Presales Architect, you will serve as a hands-on technical leader responsible for the design and architecture of enterprise collaboration solutions.
You will partner with account teams, senior architects, engineers, and consultants to translate client business and technical requirements into scalable, cloud-forward collaboration solutions and strategic roadmaps.
You will engage directly with customers’ IT and telecom teams to design hybrid and cloud-based collaboration environments, with a strong emphasis on migrations from legacy on-premises platforms supporting both voice and contact center initiatives.
