Job Summary

• As an operational monitoring analyst, your functions will be to report weekly the unearned premium returned to customers to each of the insurers, follow up daily with each insurer for payment compliance and policy-level accounts receivable reconciliation.
• In this position, your main responsibilities will include managing accounts receivable with the different insurers for unearned premium returns made to customers by the bank, which the insurers are obligated to return to the bank.
