Job Summary
Deliver safe, compliant and efficient maintenance of electrical and mechanical building services across a portfolio of PFI Primary Care Centres.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in accordance with SFG20 standards and manufacturer recommendations, and diagnose and repair faults across building services systems.
Record all maintenance activities using the CAFM system and ensure all works comply with relevant legislation including the Health & Safety at Work Act.
