Job Summary

  • Deliver safe, compliant and efficient maintenance of electrical and mechanical building services across a portfolio of PFI Primary Care Centres.
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in accordance with SFG20 standards and manufacturer recommendations, and diagnose and repair faults across building services systems.
  • Record all maintenance activities using the CAFM system and ensure all works comply with relevant legislation including the Health & Safety at Work Act.

  • Full UK driving licence
