Must-have

  • Valid AZ Caregiver Certification required
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License required
  • Comfortable driving company van for appointments
  • Assist with lifting turning and positioning residents
  • Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Nice-to-have

  • Ability to create a warm and positive environment
  • Experience with PCC electronic documentation systems
  • Strong communication skills for nursing team collaboration
